Dysfunctional Styles of the Entrepreneur: Implications for Organizational Success
Complimentary Webinar - Friday, May 27, 2016 | 1:30 PM - 2:15 PM EDT

Can’t get your entrepreneurial business to the next level? Are your employees frustrated by your behavior? Tired of employees taking advantage of you?

If so, it might be your automatic dysfunctional behavioral pattern that is getting in the way of the success of the business.

Entrepreneurs love to do what they love to do. That’s why they start their own business. They don’t want to work for someone else and be told what to do.  Whether driven by their passion to succeed, the love of their craft or their desire to help others, they are driven by powerful emotional needs.

Of course this is another way of saying that entrepreneurs like to do what they feel like, what moves them.  But how does the Business Enterprise Entrepreneur who loves to market their product feel when they have to do their accounting or the artisan entrepreneur feel when they have to do planning? Simply put, they don’t feel like it.

Why is it important to understand your entrepreneurial dysfunction?  Because ultimately it will get in the way of the success of your business if you don’t.

8 Types of Entrepreneurs = 8 Dysfunctional Styles

Based on a century of research in the brain and personality, we have determined there are eight types of entrepreneurs based on how an individual’s brain is organized (based on the Striving Styles Personality System).  This means there are 8 normal functional behaviors for entrepreneurs (Entrepreneurial Styles) that will ultimately create dysfunction during stress, change, excessive pressure or chaos. And guess what?  Having to do what we don’t like to do creates stress.

In This Complimentary Webinar, You Will Learn:

  • 8 Entrepreneurial Styles
  • 8 Dysfunctional Styles
  • Triggers for each of the Entrepreneurial Styles
  • Implications for organizational success
  • Impact on employees

Join us as we go deeper into understanding how an entrepreneur’s brain is hard-wired to behave: functionally and dysfunctionally!
