Heather Hilliard is the Principal of Caliber Leadership Systems. Over the past 20 years she has worked with CEOs and senior leadership teams of more that 300 companies, facilitating organizational and leadership transformation with her company’s unique approach to building authentic organizations and leaders.

Having developed the Caliber Authentic Organization Process, she leads organizations and their people on the journey from the state of unconscious competence to self-aware, authentic performance.

This includes helping them articulate their organizational identity and map their organizational ecosystems in order to build the systems, structure and processes required to garner alignment of behavior and performance. The process includes authentic leadership development, strategic performance management and social and communication networks.

Heather also specializes in authentic leadership team retreats for senior leaders and entrepreneurs to help them build awareness of the impact of their leadership style on the organizational identity and ecosystem.​ She guides clients to define and align: themselves, their behavior, strategy, values, and organizational systems in a way that empowers employees and sustains the growth of the business.

She helps clients to understand the behavioral dynamics at work within their business and to bring about meaningful change in alignment with the organizational identity.
